**ABOUT THE POSITION.**

**DUTIES.**
- Collaborate with Hiring managers to facilitate in end-to-end recruitment processes from initial shortlisting, interviewing and selection processes
- Monitor the process of all recruitment activities to ensure legislations, compliance, awards and Council policy guidelines are adhered to
- Act as a first point of contact for any recruitment that is outsources via agencies

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.**
- Prior experience in Recruitment or Talent Engagement and Acquisition is required
- Understanding of interview selection techniques and writing job advertisements
- Fast-paced learner who is able to work with high volume
- Proactive individual who is able to build relationships with excellent communication skills
