About Us:

Green & Associates Solicitors is a unique boutique law firm in the heart of Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.

We have a bustling criminal law practice as well as a vast array of commercial and personal matters, and can ensure variety and excitement in your work.

The Role:

We are looking for an all-rounder to assist with general administration and to help the Principal with office management, marketing and digital marketing, events, accounts, recruitment and the growth of the Firm. You will also assist the Principal with a variety of entry-level legal tasks.

Any additional experience in working in a law firm or marketing positions will be considered and valued but not essential. Similarly, no prior experience with legal software, digital marketing or legal tasks is essential, although an open mind and a keen interest is.

About You:

  • Experience: strong administrative and computer skills and ability to learn new processes.
  • Autonomous & Proactive: hit the ground running and take initiative in the administrative and marketing duties (once you have received training);
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, good people-reading skills and ;
  • Skills: Excellent time management skills, ability to use MS Suite and computers generally with confidence, keen eye for detail and good common sense and street smarts.
  • Team player: Willing to work with the team to achieve great results and respectful and positive attitude;
  • Personable: be well presented, but most importantly, you will be warm and open, a fan of banter, social and approachable (as our friendly culture is extremely important to us); and
  • Entrepreneurial: although not essential, the Firm is growing and is willing to take on your ideas and work with you to grow.

Duties:

You will have a broad variety of work with both ongoing and ad hoc tasks, including in the areas of administration, general office management and organisation, recruitment, procurement, merchandising, marketing and digital marketing, content creation, events, client management and networking.

You will report to the Principal, Dominic Green, and primarily assist him, while also helping the team generally.

Ideally, we would like someone who can jump on board immediately or as soon as possible.
