Byron Beachcomber is a peaceful beachside retreat just steps from beautiful Belongil Beach and a short stroll to the heart of Byron Bay. The resort offers self-contained, furnished studios and one-bedroom apartments. Featuring an adjoining terrace and a balcony, the air-conditioned rooms also come with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet, along with such comforts as hair dryers and bath sheets. Located a short walk from the town centre, it provides a combination of a peaceful setting and access to amenities like a pool, spa, and BBQ area.

We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

· Efficiently manage office operations, resources, and staff

· Keep records and financial accounts organised

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies

· Work with professionals to solve problems and improve workflows

· Maintain office equipment and supplies

· Handle recruitment, training, and payroll for a smooth-running team

Requirements:

· Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma associated with Office Management

· A minimum of 2-3 years of office managerial experience may substitute for the formal qualification

Salary: $70, $80,000.00
