We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead and mentor our existing team to deliver on service excellence each and every time.

The Position
- Provide leadership and be part of the customer service team
- Implement service policies to deliver maximum customer satisfaction
- Recommend changes to policies and procedures to exceed customer expectations
- Develop and monitor KPI's for the measurement of the team activities
- Manage staffing levels and hours to ensure standards are met
- Develop and implement appropriate training for staff
- Long-term employment in a continuously growing organisation
- The opportunity to join a close-knit and friendly team

The successful applicant will have proven experience ideally from the engineering / distribution industry, dealing with both resellers and end users and will display the following:

- 3-5 years of customer service and team management experience
- Ability to motivate and coach to achieve strategic goals
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills with excellent interpersonal skills
- The ability to multi-task and work within deadlines.
- Strong people management skills including performance management
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel and ERP software

Salary commensurate with experience.
