Talent Acquisition Lead
- Hybrid WFH
- $120-140K plus super

**About The Role**

The Talent Acquisition Lead has end-to-end accountability for sourcing, attracting, onboarding, and retaining high performing, committed and motivated people to join our team and enable the business to achieve its high-growth objectives. Utilising external recruitment partners and building out in-house recruitment function is key to this role.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Partner with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to actively plan, forecast, implement, and execute best practice talent sourcing strategies for both in-house and agency recruitment methods
- Management and hands-on execution of the end-to-end recruitment process and life-cycle for both in-house and agency recruitment.
- Build and manage partnerships with key recruitment agencies/partners for each field. Includes managing all communications, processes and the engagement terms and conditions
- Undertake salary benchmarking exercises and work with P&C Team to undertake retention strategies
- Partner with the marketing team to produce and implement content and initiatives that improve Coates’ employer brand
- Actively manage concurrent vacancies across multiple teams and provide regular progress updates to all stakeholders
- Research, market mapping and pipelining.
- Establish key metric reporting system and provide regular reports in relation to recruitment
- Create and deliver interview training and recruitment support for hiring managers
- Must have at least 4 years’ experience recruiting across different functionalities and all business levels (entry level to c-level executives)

**About You**
- In-house and agency recruitment experience.
- Systems and process implementation/optimisation experience (having set up an internal recruitment function is beneficial).
- Experience developing and executing strategic talent sourcing strategies
- Experience recruiting software roles such as Software Developers, SCRUM Masters, Product Owners / Managers, Agile testers, Data scientists, Business Analysts and DevOps engineers is desirable.
- Capacity to function with flexibility and within a very fast-paced, high-growth technology business that caters for leading global brands.
- Excellent and frequent communicator.
- A hands-on and results-driven relationship builder and decision maker.
- Honest and reliable
