We’re looking for an exceptional junior to mid Product Manager with Conversion Rate Optimisation experience to join us in our mission to change the pet wellness game, and help our furry friends live out their best lives.

**Responsibilities**
***:

- Shape the strategic product direction and vision, creating the best digital experience for Lyka’s customers
- Stay close to the market through regular research and benchmarking, keeping on top of digital trends and identifying and assessing opportunities to innovate our digital experience
- Have natural and intuitive user empathy and curiosity and able to communicate customer wants and needs to identify and prioritise opportunities for enhancing the digital customer journey
- Use a data driven approach through regular user feedback and A/B testing to identify new areas for growth and optimise the customer experience
- Manage the product roadmap, assessing competing initiatives across in-flight projects and new ideas, prioritising to maximise the business impact and customer value
- Leads and facilities the agile product development process, continually striving to improve the ways of working and product delivery
- Facilitate the end-to-end execution of product initiatives including conceptualisation, planning, development, prototyping, launch and measuring impact, working closely with Engineering and Product Design to ensure success
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the organisation including Customer Care, Growth, R&D, Operations and Engineering to ensure alignment with the business strategy and objectives
- Identify, track and be accountable for the key performance metrics that measure the success of our product

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years’ experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or similar role, preferably in a high growth start-up
- Proven track record of designing, developing and optimizing digital experiences in order to improve conversion
- A natural problem solver, with demonstrated ability to provide actionable insight from large datasets
- Experience with various Analytical software (e.g. Google Analytics, Mixpanel or Amplitude) and Tag Management software (e.g. Google Tag Manager)
- Experience running experiments and split tests of statistical significance and comfortable using a variety of testing tools
- Previous SEO experience highly regarded, but not essential
- A sound understanding of design principles and agile development approaches and a demonstrated experience of working with technical teams to deliver innovative digital experiences
- Ability to balance long-term strategy thinking with day-to-day execution and impactful delivery
- Proven experience in breaking down large complex topics into tactical bite-sized initiatives
- Ability to ruthlessly prioritise and juggle many balls at once to maximise short term and long-term value
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience dealing directly with a wide variety of stakeholders, including Customer Care, Operations, Design, Analytics, Engineering and Marketing
- Customer-focused mindset - you are always thinking about the customer experience
- Incredible attention to detail
- Comfortable with changing priorities and direction as the business requires and evolves. Our growth means there are constantly new things to work on every day. As such it’s likely that you’ll often be working across the board on new and exciting projects.
