Our Talent Business Partner - Head Office and Distribution Centres is an integral part of the Talent Lifecycle, With passion and precision at the heart of everything we do, this role is responsible for partnering and coaching business leaders across the Alquemie Group business to work towards our best practice standards, with a focus on identifying, engaging and attracting external talent that aligns with the vision for now and the future.
Alquemie Group is a house of brands that manage General Pants, SurfStitch, Ginger & Smart, National Geographic Apparel and LEGO Certified Stores.
Reporting to the Group General Manager, People & Culture, this role will collaborate with leadership teams and HR Business Partners to support business and people service streams to deliver workforce requirements now and into the future.
**The role**:
- Drive and deliver best practice recruitment techniques
- Partner with management on their recruitment needs and provide solutions and identify high quality talent
- Deliver exceptional recruitment experiences for all stakeholders
- Identify efficient ways of working to improve the recruitment process and ensure quality results for each assignment
- Work with cross functional teams on People (HR) and business wide projects
**Who are we looking for**:
- Experience across talent attraction space preferably within volume/ fast paced environments
- Proven success delivering end to end recruitment, attraction strategy and employer branding techniques and initiatives in a high volume fast paced environment
- Experience using HRIS & ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
- High level interpersonal and communications skills
- Developing capability to influence internal and external stakeholders to drive meaningful outcomes
- Experience in developing proactive talent pools in core and critical areas
- A continuous improvement mindset that demonstrates a commitment to efficient ways of working
- A desire to want to work across broad talent projects and provide outstanding recruitment experiences
- Exposure to leading/mentoring teams will be highly advantageous
