**About the Venue**

Apollonia is a hidden, history-laden cocktail bar beneath Hinchcliff House known for strong negronis, Italian twists, and old-world romance. It’s a little dramatic, a little mysterious, and always fun.

**About the Role**

We’re looking for a hands-on **Bar Supervisor** to join the team. You’ll support day-to-day operations, lead service on the floor, and help drive team standards, training, and cocktail execution. It's a great step for someone looking to grow into an Assistant Bar Manager role.

- Have bar leadership or supervisory experience
- Bring strong cocktail knowledge and attention to detail
- Are confident running a busy service and leading a team
- Are reliable, people-focused, and love the pace of hospitality
- Hold a current RSA
