**THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Digital & Communications Senior Manager, the Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist will be responsible for supporting all areas of the Marketing and Communications Team, with a particular focus on Digital Marketing and Social Media planning and execution. The role will work closely with multiple stakeholders across the business, including Marketing, Sales, Education, the OmniChannel Team, agencies, influencers and more.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support and drive demand creation of brands with digital-first mindset, via Earned, Owned and Paid Media working closely with the DIMM and the Marketing Team.
- Support the creation of digital content for the Wella Company social media channels across our portfolio of brands, focused on Instagram and Tik-Tok.
- Social Media Analytics and Reporting.
- Competitor research.
- Under the direction of DIMM, implement organic social media strategies by developing and executing monthly posting calendars for Wella and OPI.
- Support DIMM with project management of digital marketing plan and editorial calendar.
- Influencer Briefs, PR coordination, Influencer scouting and outreach.
- Be able to jump on content and social trends quickly.
- General administration and invoice processing including NROs, PR/POs.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to develop strong cross-functional relationships & collaboration (internal & external)
- International mindset with appreciation for inclusion & diversity values
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in digitally-focused role
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Creative thinker & ideation
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work on multiple tasks simultaneously within tight timeframes
- Photography and video editing skills
- Copywriting skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Canva skilled
- Scheduling and Reporting Tools (ie. Later, Sprout, Sprinklr)
