We're growing and are looking for our next digital exec (entry level) with no experience necessary. Our starters are really sougth-after and have gradually moved into top roles within the agency and in some fantastic brands, which makes this an amazing entry level opportunity.

As a Digital Marketing Exec, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with an experienced performance manager to execute campaigns across social, while also getting exposure to other channels such as search and programmatic (buying media on digital placements, TV, billboards etc).

This entry level role will provide you with hands-on training and practical experience as well as exposure to sophisticated digital marketing strategies that drive growth across paid media.

**Must-haves**:

- Immense desire to build a career in digital marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and concepts
- A proactive and self-motivated mindset

**Nice-to-haves**:

- Previous internship experience
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (Meta, Tik Tok)

Hybrid role with 2 days work from home. Fantastic office located 2-4 min walk from North Sydney and Victoria Cross Stations.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
