They have a wide variety of designs for single storey and double storey dwellings to suit the needs of a range of buyers. They have an exciting new job as a Construction Manager which will oversee a team of Building Supervisors. **YOUR NEXT ROLE**: Reporting to the Building Manager, you will oversee the team of Supervisors. Some of your duties will include: - Act as a sounding board for Supervisors - Deal with clients - Ensure timelines for projects are bing met - Assign new projects to Supervisors - Act as a 2iC ofr the Building Manager and support them in their role - Oversee some of your own custom home builds - Meet quality standards and project timelines - Day to day management of trades on site, suppliers, completion of paperwork - Oversight of display centre - Coordinate and manage trades - Build working relationships with clients, trades and key stakeholders - Enforce OH&S regulations **ARE YOU A FIT?** To be considered successful, you will have experience as a Residential Supervisor working for a residential building company within Australia. Ideally you will have over 8 years experience in the Residential Buidling Sector. You may be at the Supervisor level already or at the Construction Manager level.
