Your Role:

As the Site Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of dynamic, high-profile developments, ensuring each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest possible standards, while working closely with the Directors to make a real impact on the future of the company.

Daily duties include the following:

- Lead and manage multi-storey sites from inception to completion.

- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.

- Solve complex problems and overcome challenges that arise during construction.

- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

- Provide regular project updates to senior management.

Other Details:

The position is a full-time permanent role. The remuneration package is approximately $180K and aligned with skills and experience.

About You:

- Experience in local Commercial Construction, ideally managing multi-storey projects and developments

- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects from start to finish

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and regulations

- Experience working with a variety of stakeholders and managing expectations

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
