**About us**
Crocodile Containers was established in 2017 and has grown significantly in the last 18 months. As part of our business we supply shipping containers for hire or sale as well as: - Offices & Accommodation. - Mining Camps. - Custom Modifications. Together we have more than more than 50 Years’ experience in the industry which provides great confidence and knowledge for our employees and customers.
**Tasks & responsibilities (including but not limited to)**
- Entering invoices into the accounting system
- Allocating payements against invoices into the accounting system
- Processing credit card payments and uploading montly direct debits
- Banking cash
- Processing monthly AR billing
- Sending out customer statements and following up bad debtor's
- Signing off on release and acceptance slips for container pick-up and drop offs
**Qualifications & experience**
- Previous experience in an admin role is preferred.
- A reasonable understanding of using exel spread sheets

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour depending on experience

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
