A temporary opportunity has become available with a highly reputable company specialising in diesel parts and servicing. Based at their head office you will be part of a longstanding business supplying and supporting mining, marine, industrial, construction, agriculture and transport industries.

We are seeking an experienced administrator to assist a team of experienced professionals with all aspects of administration, accounts processing and customer service support. Duties include:

- Providing a high level of customer service (telephone and in person)
- Processing quotes and invoicing
- Follow up outstanding accounts
- General administration tasks

***To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to demonstrate:

- Previous administration and customer service experience within a busy office environment
- Confidence learning and using technology (including an intermediate level of MS Office)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Team player approach with proven time management skills to organise your workload and meet deadlines
- Accurate keyboarding skills
