**A eCommerce Manager, with us, involves**:

- Using data to optimise our digital sales journeys to exceed our customer's expectations and drive conversion
- Leading a small but dedicated digital content and merchandising team, creating an environment where they can thrive as individuals and achieve their professional ambitions
- Monitoring and responding to operational issues to ensure our site remains functional and accurate for our customers and retail teams
- Collaborating in cross-functional teams ensuring our digital experiences align with and support our omni-channel business objectives
- Analysing and reporting on website performance to senior stakeholders, using the insights you uncover to inform our digital roadmap and holistic business strategy
- Continuously developing and automating our processes/systems to increase our efficiency and retain our high-quality standards as we continued to expand
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and digital competence both throughout our business and externally

**Here’s what we’re looking for**:

- Extensive online retail operations and website management experience with bonus points for Magento 2 Commerce Cloud experience
- Experience of successful large ECommerce project management through digital agencies and/or in-house teams
- A track record of achieving sales and commercial success through ECommerce
- Exceptional digital analytics and reporting skills
- Demonstrable experience implementing online conversion and SEO optimisation at scale
- An empathetic leader with experience managing a digital team to create a people-first culture that produces exceptional results
