**The Role**:
An opportunity to join one of Australia's biggest leading retailers as their Ecommerce Manager. This role will see you drive and implement a customer first trade calendar of activity and support the go live and post go live activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead a small team of Ecommerce Specialists, to own and trade specific key categories on the website, drive sales growth, and successfully meet ongoing sales and profit targets.
- Provide regular feedback and ongoing mentorship to your team.
- Drive and implement the trade calendar of activity with a customer first approach.
- Working with Marketing, Digital Marketing and CRM teams to ensure alignment of approach across campaign activities.
- Plan and coordinate weekly website content to support both the trade calendar and trade optimisations.
- Responsible for the creation and management of process and procedures to optimise for speed to market, performance and accuracy.

**Keys skills**:

- Sound business acumen with strong analytical and planning capabilities.
- Experience with managing direct reports and driving culture of high performance.
- Natural collaborator with the ability to influence stakeholders to drive category growth and communicate a clear strategic vision.
- Website analytics experience.
