Job Description

  • Oversee and manage engineering teams to ensure successful ecommerce project delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise technology systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align engineering goals with business objectives.
  • Lead and collaborate with third party vendors, particularly ecommerce platform vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all ecommerce engineering projects.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members to foster professional growth.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend their integration where beneficial.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Ecommerce Engineering Manager should have:
