We have an exciting opportunity for an experience HRIS Manager within the Health Sector.

Duties are but not limited to:

- Oversee and Maintains all HRIS modules including HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Rostering and provides support to ensure:

- Oversees system devolvement, ensures system documentation is maintained, including change control and system configuration procedures
- Ensures System Integrity
- Organisation structure
- Employee master data
- Positions
- Salary grades & rates
- Allowances
- Leave entitlements
- Security
- Support interface files either into or from the core HRIS and Rostering T&A systems
- Support business requests for data and/or system reports
- Manages data requests and compliance for external customers, eg: ABS
- Lead role is system upgrades and development
- Ensures that system documentation is maintained and up to date
- Provide out of hours system support (On-call roster)

Desired experience:
**HRIS (SAP/Success Factors & Kronos systems is a **MUST**)**
- In-depth knowledge of HRIS processes and procedures
- In-depth knowledge of business processes and procedures
- High level of business and commercial acumen
- Ability to adhere to compliance requirements
- Knowledge of HR practices and systems
- Knowledge of Recruitment practices and systems
- Understanding of the impact of payroll and links to the financial and other systems
- Knowledge and understanding of Awards, EBA's & Legislation
- Understanding of the impact of legislative changes, systems development and management practice
- Knowledge and understanding of the organisation structure and business / position relationships.
