**What you’ll be doing**
- Oversee the HRIS Implementation (Employment Hero) process end-to-end
- Manage, train and upskill relevant team members within the team
- Design and build account management frameworks for our customers
- Work closely with our sales team in a pre-sales capacity for customer demonstrations
- Communicate changes and updates to our customers and internally within the business
**Who we’re looking for**
- Ideally, you’ll have previous experience working with cloud based systems and / or implementing HR / Payroll systems
- Previous experience working within Employment Hero is highly desired
