As our fund continues to go from strength to strength, we are looking for a strategically minded Advice Manager to lead their team of superannuation advisers, specialists, member education managers and financial planners. As a team you will work to achieve fund growth and improve our members’ financial futures through the provision of personal advice on HESTA’s products and general advice on all aspects of superannuation to fund members. Your portfolio covers NSW & ACT.
Your day will see you:
- Coaching and developing a team of financial advice professionals helping HESTA members achieve their retirement goals
- Strategic oversight of Member Advice and Employer workplace advice across NSW & ACT
- Setting team objectives and establishing plans to achieve agreed objectives
- Monitoring the changing needs of members & employers to ensure that general advice and personal advice services remain at the forefront of delivering on those needs
- Undertaking all team leadership responsibilities to build and retain a cohesive and highly capable team
**About you**
You will:
- Be a strategic leader with a proven track record implementing growth and retention strategies
- Have prior experience leading a team to coach and mentor them to achieve their best
- Be an innovative and collaborative leader with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Be a registered financial adviser or have experience in leading a team of financial advisers
- Have excellent knowledge of superannuation legislation, including SIS, SG, relevant tax legislation and advice regulations
- Have a current drivers licence
