**About the opportunity**:
If you are looking for a new challenge, we have the perfect opportunity for you to join our Works and Operations team as a Team Leader

This newly created position will be primarily responsible for coordinating and completing programmed road and drainage maintenance and construction works utilising Council's Pavement Sealing Truck. From organising goods and services to liaising with residents, community members, contractors and other stakeholders, you will be responsible for all elements of programmed works and ensuring they are completed within established time, quality and cost targets as well as adopting best practice work methods.

In addition, you will lead and motivate a dynamic maintenance team, ensuring that works are completed efficiently, safely and to the highest quality.

**Remuneration**:
$68,740 - $79,594 per annum plus superannuation

**About you**:
To be considered for this position, you must hold a current HR drivers licence and White Card. You will bring extensive experience in a civil construction/maintenance role including road and drainage construction, concrete construction and civil maintenance. Your strong ability to coordinate and deliver programmed works within time, quality and cost targets and read and interpret design plans for civil works will be crucial for this role. You will also bring your ability to lead and motivate a team to this role, and be able to maintain a strong team environment based on teamwork, cooperation and mutual respect.
