About the role

The Technical Deployment Analyst (TDA) will be amongst varying and often concurrent projects within our Data Centers across Perth. Project mgmt or co-ordination, implementation or even operations experience from Military, mission critical environments, IT deployment, or similar environment will be ideal but not mandatory.

Due to the nature of the projects we are looking for someone who will be predominantly onsite working closely with the Operations teams, vendors and suppliers - so the successful applicant will be able to run programs well ahead of time and be super organised and a great communicator.

Requirements & Support:

- Develops professional expertise to support deployment projects by validating customers' order requirements with the customer processing team and other partners.
- Project manages the technical deployment responsibilities with the IBX manager.
- Develops technical knowledge of the IBXs and recommends solutions, while in partnership with more senior team members, to address internal issues within a moderate scope.
- Applies learned techniques to facilitate smooth service delivery and ensure provisioned services meet and exceed customers' expectations.
- Receives general instructions from expert teams and team members in providing solutions cross-functionally to resolve customers' non-standard order requirements.
