**About the Role**:
Are you ready to lead and shape the strategic direction of broker partnerships at Allianz? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Broker Partnerships. In this pivotal role, you will drive initiatives and foster strong relationships with our strategic broker partners, ensuring excellence at every touchpoint.

**Other key aspects of the role**:

- Developing and leading strategic plans for broker distribution, providing expertise on market trends and insights.
- Delivering tailored broker strategies, enhancing communication, education, and market delivery of key initiatives.
- Managing intermediary agreements, licensing, sponsorships, and ensure compliance with legislation and Allianz policies.
- Supporting the transformation towards a digital roadmap, enhancing broker experience and internal efficiencies.
- Coordinating product communication and modifications, incorporating broker feedback and strategic recommendations.
- Defining and implementing customer-focused broker strategies that drive sustainable, profitable growth.
- Leading regulatory change awareness and engagement with brokers and industry bodies.
- Implementing and managing the risk and compliance framework, ensuring effective risk management and resolution.

**Important to your success**:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline; industry accreditations preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the general insurance industry and underwriting principles.
- Extensive experience in a leadership role within a multi-layered organization.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver strategic vision and manage business risks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence audiences at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of market dynamics.
- Proven track record in relationship building and collaboration with senior stakeholders and external partners.
