**ABOUT US**

Our client is a Home Builder based in Victoria that mainly targets first home buyers. Even during this time in the housing market, they have experienced significant growth and are expanding their sales team. They are looking for a Sales Consultant to join the team either in the North Melbourne or South Melbourne display home.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Working in your designated Display Home and communicating with customers
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Lead customers through design, tendering and lead to deal closed
- Actively find new leads and customers

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 2+ years’ experience in a client facing sales role
- Proven experience selling high value products (property, vehicles etc)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Well organized
