As
**Compliance Officer** reporting to the Compliance Lead, you will support compliance delivery within the school and as such will hold responsibility for the following:

- **Compliance Framework** - Execute the tasks and requirements within the compliance framework for the School with specific focus on RTO, VETSL, Child Safety and VRQA
- **Compliance Capability **- Assist others across the organisation to execute compliance matters in relation to their role.
- **Compliance Adherence - **Plan and monitor compliance requirements to ensure all organisational requirements are met.
- **Providers** - Work collaboratively with service provider who support compliance requirements such as ASQA and RTO agencies, VETSL agencies, Student and Child Safety agencies
- **Continuous improvement **- Assist in the ongoing improvements of both internal processes and procedures and those of the supporting agencies
- **Deliver Projects **- Be an active member of projects as required to support the Project Manager and / or project teams to ensure compliance related projects are delivered on time, within budget and achieve their intention.

It is essential that interested professionals have previous experience in a similar role where you have:

- Worked with process design, creating, and following processes
- Achieved outcomes in task and data driven environments
- Have problem solved to achieve outcomes within constraints

Tertiary level qualifications in any compliance, Business or IT related field would be highly regarded. Previous knowledge of understanding compliance within a school (Secondary) environment would be an advantage but not essential. A passion for compliance, process and attention to detail is your superpower as an IT systems tech savvy individual. Any familiarity with the performing arts would be a bonus.
