We are a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) dedicated to delivering quality vocational education and training. With a strong commitment to compliance, student satisfaction, and continuous improvement. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Officer to oversee and manage our compliance processes and help ensure we continue to meet all regulatory and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the RTO Manager/Director, the Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring the RTO operates in full compliance with the Standards for RTOs 2015 and other relevant legislation.

Your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring compliance with ASQA and the Standards for RTOs 2015

Maintaining and updating policies, procedures, and forms in line with regulatory changes

Conducting internal audits, validations, and continuous improvement activities

Preparing for audits and managing ASQA correspondence

Ensuring all training and assessment strategies (TAS), tools, and practices meet compliance requirements

Supporting trainers and assessors with compliance documentation and guidance

Ensuring accurate and timely reporting via AVETMISS, PRISMS, and other regulatory systems

Overseeing student file compliance (enrolment forms, assessments, results, USIs, etc.)

Maintaining version control of all training and assessment documents

Identifying and mitigating compliance risks through regular reviews and action plans

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in an RTO compliance or administration role

Strong knowledge of the Standards for RTOs 2015

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Familiarity with PRISMS, AVETMISS, and USI processes

Ability to interpret legislation, standards, and compliance requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office and student management systems

Desirable:
TAE40116 or earlier equivalent

Experience with CRICOS
