**About the program**

Have you recently been on a career break, extended absence from work or considering a career change? Return to work on a permanent part-time or full-time role at Origin with the support of Origin’s paid Career Renewal Program. Run over 12 weeks, the Program is designed to provide talented professionals like you with the confidence, support and development training you need for a smooth transition into your permanent role.

Bringing across your transferable skills from previous roles and various industries, the program will help to develop your capability in one of three preferred pathways: engineering and field, information technology & operations, and business.

Here at Origin, our office-based roles are hybrid where you will spend some of the month working from home and some of the month working from the office. Your office days are decided based on what you need to get the job done, alongside your family and personal commitments.

Origin is also flexible on location, choose from a range of exciting roles in: Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, or Adelaide.

**Any one of more prior experiences or confidence in**:

- Information Security, Network Security, Problem Solving
- Programming & DevOps
- Web Development and User Experience Design
- Cloud Solution Implementation, Problem Solving
- Process Improvement & Data Analysis
- A strong focus on Continuous Improvement and Identifying Business Risk
- Stakeholder Engagement

The Origin Career Renewal Program has been designed with several supporting features with flexible options. Over the 12-weeks, you’ll have access to:

- a comprehensive induction process and a tailored training program,
- coaching and mentoring from our leadership team, and
- an inspiring network of people to support you on this journey.

**Eligibility**

The Career Renewal Program has been designed for those who have working rights in Australia and meet the below criteria:

- Have been on a career break/extended absence from work for 6 months or more or are seeking a career changeHave relevant experience, qualifications, or interest in the advertised pathways
- Are based in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, or Adelaide
