**How will I help?**
As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing program activities that deliver remediation outcomes for the Cash and Transactional Banking Line of Business (LOB), enabling Westpac to remediate its customers fairly and as quickly as possible.
- Key Accountabilities Include: _
- Leading, coaching, mentoring, and developing a team of 25 FTE to deliver program outcomes
- Engaging, informing, influencing, and negotiating with stakeholders to ensure they remain engaged and committed through the program
- Directing the identification, monitoring, reporting and escalation of risks and issues and/or problems associated with delivery in the program, including challenging and influencing the Program Director, business clients and stakeholders as required to enable the achievement of program deliverables and benefits
- Managing the program of work to deliver remediation outcomes within agreed scope, time, cost, and quality
- Monitoring and reporting to the Program Director and Sponsor on status of financials, risks, issues and progress towards milestones and deliverables

**What do I need?**
- 5+ years’ experience working with medium/ large programs or projects across multiple streams with several end deliverables in a banking or financial services organisation (remediation experience would be highly desirable)
- 5+ experience working in large and complex organisations with a minimum of 3 years at a Senior Project Manager level
- Demonstrated ability to understand differing business practices that exist within large banking or financial organisations and be able to manage diverse stakeholder expectations in the delivery of business strategies and objectives
- Extensive people management experience with the formation of teams and building a true high performing culture
