**We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Medical Administrators across Australia to join our project team.**

**The Role**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Medical Administrators to join our project team. This exciting opportunity is ideally suitable for someone who has the flexibility and willingness to be a team player who wants to contribute to our national response to the pandemic. You will enjoy working closely and support colleagues and coordinator/supervisor as required achieving overall team goals, knowing you are making a significant impact on the preventative health and wellbeing of the population.

As the Medical Administrators your role is to check in individuals for scheduled appointment, provide assistance to the clinic staff with administrative tasks to support function of the clinic.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide Immunisation histories and records to clients in accordance with clinical practice guidelines.
- Ensure accurate data entry is completed after all immunisation sessions.
- Assist with emergency related functions
- Be the front of house representative to support the booking and check in process for vaccination clinics.
- Work in a manner that ensures adherence to policies and WH&S requirements
- Comply with any reasonable instructions, policies, procedures or safe work practices given by Intl.SOS in adhering to safe work procedures
- Travel may be involved

**Required**:

- Current police clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Australian Driver's Licence (desirable)
- Full working rights in Australia
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
