We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general reception duties including answering phone calls, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and processing payments.
  • Manage administrative tasks and general office duties.
  • Liaise professionally with other medical practitioners and health professionals.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A professional and friendly telephone manner.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent computer literacy.
  • A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience using Best Practice or similar medical software is highly regarded, but not essential.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour
