We are looking for a long-term, Cosmetic Surgery Sales Consultant/Receptionist to join our team of professionals. You would be part of a boutique surgery practice in Sydney with a Specialist Surgeon. Our goal is to hire a Sales Consultant/Receptionist with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

You should be able to talk to prospective patients about cosmetic surgery treatments, Surgical and Non-surgical. Also, you should have a keen attitude to learn more about non-surgical and surgical treatments.

You should be able to take notes, book appointments, and look after patients in waiting rooms and post nonsurgical treatments. You should be proficient in all standard reception and admin duties.

You should know how to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner while streamlining and coordinating calls/enquiries. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.

You will have the core responsibility to ensure that all calls and enquires are answered to the best of your ability and within the set KPI times. While providing a high level of customer service to patients.

You must have experience within the world of sales and reception/admin. You do not necessarily have to have a background in surgery. Experience in cosmetic/plastic surgery would be a plus. We are searching for a highly motivated individual that is very organised and an excellent communicator with patients.

2 Ability to increase consultation conversion rates/sales - both in-person and virtual

3 Follow up with those who did not convert to a procedure

4 Ask happy patients for reviews and referrals

5 Deliver weekly reports with statistics regarding your sales/production

6 Be open to additional training and coaching

7 Be across all the usual admin/reception duties for medical practice

You must enjoy working together as a team for the good of the practice. We seek an even-tempered and easy to work with a sales associate. We want to maintain a positive working environment for the entire practice. We are not interested in drama.

**Quick Learner and Tech Savvy**:
You must pick up quickly on technology such as Microsoft Office Suite and our practice electronic medical record software system.

**180-Days Probationary Period**:your performance will be assessed during these 180 days; failure to have the required skills listed above as well as the inability to close sales will lead to termination.

**Compensation**:
Generous Base + Commission + Employee Discount

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
