**About The Role**
**Ventia** have been engaged by the **DJCS (Department of Justice and Community Safety)** to provide integrated Facility Management services incorporating planned, remedial and reactive maintenance services, ad hoc services, and soft services including cleaning, ground, pest, and waste streams.

The Department has a diverse and complex property portfolio, with this opportunity spanning over 24 + properties, ranging from minimum to maximum security correctional facilities; Post Sentence Facilities, Youth Justice, SESG training centres and community fire refuge centres.

As our scope of works has expanded, we are now seeking an **Asset Analyst** to provide their expertise across numerous sites in Victoria and will be based out of our offices in **Cremorne**, VIC.

The **Asset Analyst** will be responsible for the following:

- Management of remedial works processes
- Audit of PM records
- Ensure condition data updates are recorded on a maximum of cycle length of 12 months
- Compliance of asset base
- Provide engineering support to project with respect to Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA)
- Maintain systems alignment between SAP and CAMS
- Develop and execute lifecycle scenario planning
- Assist Project team with identification and technical support of lifecycle replacements
- Planned maintenance optimisation
- Assist project team with development of new asset registers and maintenance plans as new opportunities are identified and realised
- Accountable for Asset Register data quality and integrity

**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you will have experience working as an Asset Analyst or similar, ideally across multiple, large complex sites.

You will also possess:

- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Highly proficient in SAP or similar
- High standards across compliance and driving safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ) in your work
- Strong reporting skills
- A current unrestricted drivers’ licence
- Be able to complete a pass a National Police Check and Medical
- Be able to provide evidence full covid vaccinations
