Let's talk about the role.

The Purpose of the Associate IT Asset Analyst is to support the entitlement of software installed and information of devices deployed in the Latitude environment and the compliance of these with applicable Latitude, Vendor & Regulatory standards, requirements, and policies.

This role also supports the development and implementation of Latitude IT Asset Policies, Processes & Tools for future state process landscape. Additionally, this role undertakes IT Services stakeholder reporting, maintain planning, and forecasting financial trends and data for expected IT related expenditures

In this role, you will:

- Undertake Software Registration & License Requests & Procurement
- Support License and Entitlement Management
- Support Asset Policy and Process definition, implementation, and adherence-Support Asset Discovery & Audit and associated analysis, reconciliation, and remediation-Undertake compliance analysis and support
- Provide Asset Subject Matter Expertise and support for Projects and initiatives
- Manage and maintain Software License Register & Database
- Create & prepare dashboards for stakeholder Reporting
- Build, update and maintain planning and forecasting financial trends and data for expected IT related expenditures
- Develop and deliver effective and timely analysis and reporting on IT expenditure both ad hoc and at the request of management to further support IT strategies and objectives
- Provide support to Finance team for IT budget queries-Facilitate tracking of IT productivity initiatives
- Develop & maintain LFS Asset Management Policy

Let’s talk about you:

- Broad knowledge and aptitude for technology concepts (Hardware & Software)
- Demonstrate strong analytical, financial analysis and reporting skills
- Experience working within Workstation & IT Infrastructure environments
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong communication, influencing & negotiation skills
- Self-starter, collaborative, able juggle multiple deliverables and prioritise
- Demonstrate determination in achieving goals
- Clear and logical thinker
- Ability to demonstrate the Latitude values and behaviours

Nice to have:

- Bachelor of Degree or and Tertiary qualifications in a technology or Finance related discipline-Software and/ or Asset management experience
- Financial analysis background
- Working knowledge of Software Licensing & Support models
- Experience working with asset discovery tools
- Latitude Financial Services experience
- Have experience on a Process / Business Analyst type role
