Melbourne- Wealth Management- Contract or TemporaryOur client is a global tier-one Wealth Management firm seeking an **Asset Transfer Support Analyst** to join their Melbourne Operations Team on an initial 6m contract.

**Position Summary**:
This position sits within the Australian Operations Team, and has a diverse set of responsibilities, including correctly settling and recording numerus transactions per day, identifying, and mitigating all operational risks, and developing strong client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:
This purpose of this role is to provide support in the client asset transfer process within the Australian Operations Team.
- Focus on asset transfer (mainly listed equity and Managed funds)
- Be the key liaison point in between our advisors, Overseas Operations, and the local counterparties.
- To facilitate all the necessary transfer forms are signed as per respective counterparty requirements.
- Ensure all cost base data is correctly for transfer.

**Required Qualifications/Skills/Knowledge**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Banking required or equivalent education or experience.
- Very high attention to detail
- Basic MS office knowledge, specifically Excel
- Previous experience with asset transfers such as managed funds/stock/cash would be highly desirable.
