**About the OPPORTUNITY**

We have a new opportunity for an Asset Performance Analyst - Condition Monitoring, to join our Maritime Australia business on the Hunter Class Frigate Program (HCFP). Reporting to the Supportability Engineering Lead, you will be employed on a permanent full time basis, based at either Osborne Adelaide or Melbourne CBD locations. There is also the flexibility for the position to be performed at other interstate locations.

We embrace flexible work arrangements at BAE Systems Australia, including working a 9-day fortnight and hybrid working.

BAE Systems Maritime Australia (formerly known as ASC Shipbuilding), has been contracted to design and deliver the world's most advanced anti-submarine warfare frigates to the Royal Australian Navy. The Hunter Class Frigate Program (HCFP) will create and sustain more than 5,000 jobs across BAE Systems and the wider Australian Defence supply chain over the life of the program.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Perform a range of condition monitoring/asset performance analyst activities
- Co-ordinate the incorporation of condition monitoring equipment into platform and system designs
- Collaborate effectively and build good relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a positive culture
- Assist in the development and integration of the condition monitoring/asset performance solution for the naval ship
- Maintain and update the condition monitoring/asset performance documentation suite including maturing the condition monitoring signal list
- Liaise with system designers to ensure that condition monitoring equipment signals are made available to the platform management systems and additional condition monitoring sensors are incorporated into the design

**About YOU**
- Asset Performance Analyst experience, or Condition Monitoring Analyst experience, or Electrical technical experience
- Relevant experience in a technical or production environment
- Self-motivated, the ability to adapt and learn, and the ability to work effectively autonomously and in a team environment
- Good problem-solving skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyse and interpret maintenance information
