We are seeking a skilled Property Financial Analyst to join our Melbourne-based Finance team. This key role involves delivering high-quality financial and management reporting across a diverse asset portfolio.

In this position, you will contribute to all asset management finance activities—providing accurate, timely, and insightful information to support decision-making and ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare month-end journals including accruals and prepayments; complete balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Produce monthly management reports with variance analysis and present findings to the asset team.
  • Liaise with external managers and support statutory disclosures including related party transactions, capital commitments, aged debtors, and lease receivables.
What You Will Do
  • Prepare tenant budgets, calculate outgoings wash-ups and accruals, and develop tenant outgoings statements and audit-ready analytical workbooks.
  • Maintain and update the Anaplan forecasting model, incorporating leasing, OPEX, CAPEX, and other income data.
  • Support the preparation of tenant outgoings forecasts and assist in compiling budget and forecast presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, ability to use initiative.
  • Ability to multi-task, plan and manage tight deadlines.
  • Relevant Degree (Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent).
  • CA/CPA Qualified / Studying towards CA/CPA (Desirable).
