**What's on offer?**
We are looking for an experience **Customer Experience Coordinator** to work in out preconstruction team. This is an opportunity to work as part of a team and manage a portfolio of customers to deliver the dream of home ownership. You will provide an awesome customer journey by coordinating all required elements of the preconstruction workflow from sales acceptance through to construction whilst meeting expected timelines.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service in the preconstruction of customers' homes
- Ensuring contracts are delivered in designated timelines.
- Supporting the coordination of jobs from sales acceptance to construction
- Communicating with key stakeholders to proactively progress jobs through the preconstruction process.
