We're looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month contract. In this role, you'll help drive our customer-centric culture by collecting feedback, shaping insights, and supporting initiatives that improve the customer journey across Kapitol projects.

What You'll Do
  • Collect, analyse, and report on customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the design and implementation of customer experience programs, projects, and campaigns.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery of customer experience initiatives.
  • Assist in developing training materials and resources to promote best practice in customer service.
  • Maintain and update customer experience documentation, guidelines, and process maps.

Who You Are
  • Background in customer experience coordination within industries such as construction, property development, local council, or insurance.
  • Experienced in guiding customers through processes that span an extended period of time, ensuring consistent communication and support.
  • Able to understand and communicate using construction-related terminology to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and feedback.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Positive, proactive, and passionate about improving customer experiences.
