**Customer Experience Coordinator**
**Location**:Notting Hill

**Remuneration**:$56,000 to** **$60,000 (plus 11% superannuation)

**Employment Type**:Full-time

**Duration**:Continuing appointment

St John Ambulance (Vic) has been saving lives and delivering care and compassion throughout Victoria for 140 years. Our volunteers and our staff are the lifeblood of everything we do. We are currently recruiting for a Customer Experience Coordinator to provide support and guidance for the Customer Experience Agents while ensuring customer experience targets are met.

**The Opportunity**

The Customer Experience Coordinator reports into the Customer Experience Manager, while fielding queries regarding inbound sales, first aid training bookings, certificates for students, among the many varied calls you will take each day and supporting Customer Experience Agents in their day to day work and training. Your main goal will be to help the team maximise conversion rates and enhance customer satisfaction through working together and imparting your knowledge and experience to them.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the sales team with daily administrative tasks
- Allocation of accounts
- Answer inbound calls using Genesys, Salesforce and associated booking requests
- Generate business opportunities through new enquiries, existing customers, past customers and cold calls
- Converting prospects to sales including through promotions, cross selling and up selling
- Issuing certificate to students across all commercial business units to ensure St John Ambulance (Vic) meet RTO obligations
- Issue corporate customer invoices
- Work towards team KPI % abandoned calls

**Your experience**
- Demonstrated experience in a call centre or phone based sales environment with both inbound and outbound calls
- Demonstrated strong customer service and engagement skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly phone manner
- Demonstrated experience achieving KPI's and sales targets
- Experience using SAP and/or Salesforce

Your ability to understand and meet the customers needs and work towards team KPIs and sales targets will mean you can quickly contribute to the team. You will be customer focused and enjoy working as part of a team.
