Procurement and Contract Administration Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Procurement and Contract Administration Officer. In this role, you will support procurement processes, manage contracts, and streamline systems, ensuring compliance and efficiency. You will work closely with the procurement team and stakeholders, providing training and support on contract management software, while also helping to resolve system issues and improve processes. Experience with SAP Ariba and a strong attention to detail are essential for success in this fast-paced and dynamic environment.
**What You'll Do**:
- **Contract Administration**:
- Ensure all contract documentation is correctly loaded, published, and compliant in **SAP Ariba**.
- Maintain and update the **Preferred Supplier Register** and support supplier onboarding.
- Regularly monitor and report on contract management activities.
- **System Support & Improvement**:
- Provide training and support to the procurement team and stakeholders on contract management software and processes.
- Collaborate with ICT to resolve any system issues and continuously improve processes.
- **Procurement & Sourcing Support**:
- Offer high-quality administrative support to the Procurement team in sourcing and contract management activities.
**What We're Looking For**:
- **Experience**:
- Previous experience in procurement and contract administration, with a focus on contract document management.
- **Tech-Savvy**:
- Strong experience using **SAP Ariba** and **Intelex** (or similar systems).
- Ability to manage and navigate procurement software with ease.
- **Attention to Detail**:
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- **Communication Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with both internal teams and external suppliers.
- **Problem Solving**:
- Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
