**About the role**:
Reporting to the Procurement Contracts Superintendent you will be a key member of the broader Procurement function for Yancoal. Your days will be busy and varied where you will get involved in the following areas:

- Communicate with the Procurement Team to ensure all executed contract documentation is correctly loaded into the system
- Manage how contracts are stored in the system and ensure correct archiving procedures are followed
- Support the team and broader business on contract management and system training where needed
- Monitoring and reporting on contract management

**About you**:

- Whilst you will be given extensive training and support to learn contract management in this role, having a good baseline of office administration experience is ideal to set you up for success.
- You will have skills in time management and a great attention to detail
- Having studied a business admin course would be an added bonus
- Being a natural problem solver and able to be analytical
