Hays Technology are currently partnered with a valued client to appoint an experienced ERP Principal Specialist to a 12-month contract

**Your new role**

As the ERP Principal Specialist will manage and deliver end-to-end ERP functional capability aligned to the ERP Platform Manage Assets Value Stream. This leadership role will focus on business partnership, ERP architecture and functional delivery services. This role will be responsible for setting vision, objectives, functional standards, behaviours, and ways of working to create a high-performance functional group.

In extension to this, day-to-day responsibilities will also include:

- Lead and role model customer focus by treating all internal and external customers with honesty, fairness, sensitivity and dignity, by designing processes and procedures with the customer in mind, and by working together with other areas of Council to solve customer issues
- Be a trusted point of contact for business stakeholders and an advocate for the ISB Group - understand business stakeholder vision, strategy, challenges, and opportunities
- Manage the ERP Manage Asset Value Stream Team to deliver incremental improvements and project functional change utilising internal resources and external service providers as part of the Manage Assets Roadmap
- Provide expert architecture and functional advice in the delivery of value stream services

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this position you will have:

- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing and management skills - understanding how others think and act - ability to smoothly deliver outcomes through strong business, team and supplier partnerships
- Creates competitive and breakthrough plans for innovation; generates an attitude of enthusiastic expectancy in others regarding change and challengeSignificant experience of working in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA (AWM) environments in SAP functional consulting and or SAP solution architecture
- Significant experience in end-to-end SAP project implementations in a process driven environment in the capacity of functional lead
