**About the Marketing Assistant**

As a market-leader in Bid Writing, we are constantly looking for ways to grow, engage and upskill our audience. Working with the broader BidWrite team, there is the opportunity to make an impact through your adaptable and results-driven approach. Our marketing calendar proposes a variety of campaigns to be launched for both the BidWrite and Bid Academy businesses this year.

The Marketing Assistant will support the Design and Digital Marketing Specialist in the day-to-day administration and execution of marketing campaigns to achieve the overall strategic business objectives for the BidWrite and Bid Academy brands.

This is a hands-on role is integral to the planning, creation, and activation of marketing initiatives, whilst measuring engagement and impact across various online systems and customer touch points. With multiple in-house systems to support the success of our marketing campaigns you will be responsible for proactively administering our CRM and LMS, ensuring accurate record keeping and providing analytics reporting that informs data-driven decision making.

**About you**

As the Marketing Assistant you will have a strong background in administration with proven results in being able to successfully coordinate campaigns across multiple marketing channels. Along with your ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, we are looking for someone who has:

- 2-3 years' experience in Marketing, along with a relevant qualification in either Marketing or Communications
- Experience with MS Office, WordPress (or similar CMS), HubSpot (or similar CRM), and managing company social media pages (primarily LinkedIn)
- Copywriting experience in creating engaging EDMs and Social Content
- The initiative to ask questions and seek out solutions that will support the development of the BidWrite Marketing approach
- Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (preferred but not essential)
