**The role**: Working with the Branch Manager, you will be working in a dynamic, demanding and complex environment supporting a high volume of both proactive and reactive requests in a timely, thorough and accurate advice.

**Further duties include**:

- Coordinate the response to executive correspondence, briefs, submissions and ministerial requests within the branch.
- Proactively coordinate the human resource, procurement and asset management functions for business units within the Branch.
- Monitor and report that efficient financial records management is maintained for the Business Unit by providing support for budget preparation and monitoring of expenditure.
