**In this exciting new role, you will be**:

- Helping to implement a global marketing programme within a dynamic & supportive team.
- Involved in a fast-paced & growing business
- Delivering best in class B2B marketing that makes an impact.
- Supporting a social and website content calendar for the APAC region
- Using tools including Canva and Indesign to create visually compelling & engaging brand assets for social and digital platforms, as well as physical material
- Working in collaboration with the Global team & internal stakeholders on key People and internal comms initiatives
- Work closely with the Bids and tenders’ team to support tender requests with graphics and material
- Helping to generate case studies to support the Sales teams with business development duties.
- Being a contact point for the region for local markets to advise, consult and where necessary, help implement local marketing initiatives

**Experience/Qualifications**
- Qualification in Marketing, Design or relevant field
- Digital experience/qualification desirable
- InDesign experience
- 1-3 years of marketing, recruitment or industry experience

- Strong diplomacy, influencing and persuasion skills
- Confident and credible in dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail
- Solution oriented
- Pragmatic, robust and resourceful, with the ability to adapt quickly to different situations and personalities
- Creative and able to act on own initiative
- Consistently positive attitude and ‘can do’ approach
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage conflicting timescales and multiple projects.
- Organised and efficient with a ‘right first time’ approach to quality of work
