**The Role**

We are currently seeking a proactive Administration Officer to join our team in Tomago on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this busy role will see you responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks to support our team.

Key responsibilities include:

- General office coordination and reception duties
- Order & maintain general supplies, stationary, water, PPE & other consumables
- Arrange travel, calendar invitations & prepare rooms for meetings
- Take meeting minutes
- Keeping records and registers up to date
- Assist in filing quality document for the contracting teams
- Raise purchase orders and process invoices for payment when required
- Monitor & action mailboxes
- Assist with maintaining NSW training records - including, electronic training records, subcontractor/ supplier records & training matrix
- Assist with arranging employee training in consultation with relevant manager & monitor & follow up outstanding employee training & license records
- Assist Safety Unit with monitoring and following up Managers for safety requirements including but not limited to inspections, audit actions, emergency drills & toolbox talks
- Other duties as required
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an admin role
- Intermediate Excel/Word skills
- Experience in civil/ construction - highly regarded
- A strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Effective organisational & time management skills
- Good oral & written communication skills

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
