**Your new role**

Reporting to the Senior Manager - Member Domain Business Solutions & Delivery, the primary purpose of this role is to facilitate delivery of business solutions and continuous improvement across the Member Domain. This will include establishing and maintaining delivery frameworks, artefacts and processes that will enable the efficient delivery of business solutions to the Member Offer.

The role will provide an advisory service to assist colleagues to deliver smaller scale business solutions but will also include managed delivery of more complex business solutions.

Some of your duties will include:

- Contribute to the design and development of the Member Domain Delivery practice.
- Develop/customise frameworks and artefacts for use in delivering Member Domain business solutions.
- Oversee the delivery process to ensure initiative owners adhere to delivery framework parameters.
- Provide guidance/support to initiative owners to progress their business solutions through the delivery process.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of complex business solutions.
- Conduct Post Implementation Reviews to continuously improve the member Domain Delivery Practice.

**What you’ll need**
- 5+ years working in a general Project Management / Change Delivery role
- Strong experience in superannuation operations
- Strong ability to engage and liaise with internal stakeholders
- Understanding of project life cycles and documentation
- Project coordination skills and experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and use initiative
- Ability to identify business risks.
