As the **Head of Domain Delivery in Personal Everyday Banking at NAB**, you will
- Lead the business transformation and program management for the Domain by implementing the Domain delivery model.
- Lead the delivery of initiatives and programs of works driving uplift in processes and ways of working, removing impediments across the Domain.
- Ensure the Domain delivery aligns with the strategy, vision, roadmaps, and prioritises what customers and colleagues value.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvements and agile ways of working for the Domain.
- Partner with the other Domains across the organisation to ensure all Domains collectively deliver upon the NAB strategy.
- Ensure the execution and strategy are aligned by working with the stakeholders including Domain Leads, Product Owners, Sub Domain and Agile Delivery Leads
- Drive activities such as planning workflow and maintenance of overall backlog to enable squads to deliver efficiently.
- Coordinate the operating rhythm to support lean governance processes and execution of both initiatives in the Domain.
- Participate in key enterprise planning cadences and drive key inputs for workforce planning to co-ordinate backlogs and priorities.

**What you'll bring**
- Demonstrated experience working in a Senior Program Management Leadership role with exceptional expertise in leading large scale transformation delivery programs to uplift business agile capability, within a large complex corporate organisation.
- Deep knowledge and experience across Agile and Adaptive delivery models and mindsets including knowledge of Agile program management frameworks/ principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Proven track record of providing quality insights that help drive decisions ensuring teams are operating effectively and delivering consistent results.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, analytics, and business process-based solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable productivity uplifts within organisations.
- Exceptional leadership experience, leading large scale high performing Agile delivery teams.
- Knowledge, understanding and experience in financial management, planning, and forecasting using modern technologies such as story point accounting.
- Strong communication and relationship skills across the breadth of stakeholders including senior executives.
