A well-established Financial Institution is looking for an ORCHESTRATION LEAD (SUB-DOMAIN) / PROGRAM MANAGER

**Your new company**

You will be part of one of the four largest and established financial institutions in Australia.

**Your new role**
- Coordinate the operating rhythm to support lean governance processes and execution of both change and run activities in a Sub-Domain
- Drive the roadmap of Business outcomes and EPICS within your Sub-Domain aligned to the overarching Domain roadmap
- Ensure Progressive Elaboration processes are in place and effectively managed working with Sub-Domain Leads, Execs Tech, Product Owners, Architects and RTE’s
- Facilitate the Sub-Domain Governance forum including prioritisation, 90 day planning and input for QDR including cross Domain dependencies
- Drive workforce planning for the Sub-Domain and its Squads (supported by Chapter Leads) creating the inputs to the Sub-Domain Governance forums
- Lead financial planning and management for the Sub-Domain, liaising with the, Product Owners, RTEs, Investment Finance and Domain Orchestration Lead
- Drive continuous improvement, from identification to implementation and measurement
- Support Agile Coaches and Chapter Leads with capability uplift in agile ways of working across the Sub-Domain
- Where required, support Product Owners with the alignment of the delivery of Business Outcomes across Squads and (Sub) Domains
