**The role**

In this role that sits within the New Ventures division of Amplar Health, the Lead Product Designer will be responsible for managing and directing digital prototype design and implementation.

You will have a strong passion for solving customer problems and be responsible for leading the vision for their product area alongside your product and technology counterparts.

**Where you can add value**
- Help fellow designers advocate for best practices and solutions with their teams, providing a strong voice for design within product development
- Provide teams with the mentorship, direction, leadership, and support necessary to ensure that they're able to accomplish their goals.
- Diagnose, derive, and lead the update of the design process, governance, and other design infrastructures to improve the team performance.
- Shape the team's roadmap and goals by providing input from a user's perspective, and ensures they're pursuing achievable, measurable, and impactful goals.
- Work with other designers and principal to drive for product directions with complimentary, cohesive goals and execution.
- Employ a broad set of design tools to best solve and communicate user flows, interaction, motion and identifying which tool to use depending on scope and phase of the project.

**What you can bring?**

You have significant experience in designing and shipping software design experiences for multiple device types and contexts.

Your experience working in cross-functional teams within an Agile product development environment will see you succeed in this role, You will also have prior experience setting up or updating design systems, processes, toolsets, or other design teams infrastructures.

This role requires strong leadership skills and a strong technical skillset in an understanding of technical requirements and limitations of responsive web or native mobile platforms.

A strong understanding of Iterative product design, from rough sketches, wireframes and low‐fidelity prototypes, to the final high‐fidelity prototype is also essential
